THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION, BUT ONLY TO SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION TO GET ON THE WAITLIST.

These are some of the requirements for vendors:
* Must have a State of Hawaii general excise tax license;
* Must be permitted in the State of Hawaii to sell food, drink;
* Retail vendors will not sell knock-off products;
* Must have commercial liability insurance;
* Mobile vendors must provide proof of auto insurance.

You will provide copies of necessary documentation when requested. It is the responsibility of the vendor to renew permits and insurance, as needed, and provide copies to management.

All events are WAITING LIST ONLY. Please note that vendors are not selected by seniority, but rather by what the event needs at that time.

The waiting list is purged in June and December.
